Ltd., established in the year 1957 is an eminent company offering a wide array of processed fruit products. We are a manufacturer, exporter and supplier of Fruit Pulps, Fruit Concentrates, Fruit Compounds and Fruit Juices. All the fruits used in the production processes are sourced from our own orchards to get the best end product for the clients. The Production Process
Mysore Fruit Products Pvt. Ltd. has three processing units at Banglore, Veerasandra and Bagalur, all of which house technologically advanced machines to carry out smooth operations. All the processes are completely automated, thus requiring minimum human interference. The fruits are first washed by agitating in a water tank and are then carried to the inspection area, where the blemished fruits and sticky materials are removed. They are then heat treated in a scolder of debaters at 70 deg C, which helps in getting rid of bitterness on the skin of the fruits.
Once again the fruits are put through inspection, where the rotten fruits and stems are removed. They are then cut and sent for the de-stoning process with the help of an elevator. After the seeds are removed, the coarse fruit pulp is heated at 70-75 deg C to facilitate decanting and inactivating the enzymes. The pulps thus obtained are stored in large storage tanks, from where they are fed into the sterilizer and are then pumped into aseptic fillers to fill into aseptic bags.
Packaging Process
All the processed food items manufactured by our company are hygienically packed using aseptic packaging techniques approved by the HACCP. The bags used by us are imported from Dani, Australia.
The fruit pulp is filled into multi valve aseptic bags, which in turn is packed in laminated aluminum foils or metallized polymers. The net content in each bag varies as per the fruit. The filled bags are placed in painted MS drums and sealed. Each drum is made using a twenty gauge mild steel.
